Booking Conditions Bay Royal Apartments
Deposit and Final Payment
A 50% payment of the entire quoted tariff is to be paid as a deposit at the time of booking by credit card or bank transfer. The remainder is payable upon check in. A credit card number is required from guests upon check in for security purposes. A pre-authorization may be required. We accept Mastercard, Visa and Amex (please note Amex incurs a 2% surcharge). Please note we do not accept cash or cheque payment for accommodation at any time. Please also note, for group bookings we are unable to split the bill. All prices are subject to change.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be confirmed in writing (email) or the Apartment will be held on your behalf and the full quoted tariff charged.
If a booking is cancelled within 14 days or more your deposit will be refunded less a $50.00 administration fee.
If a booking is cancelled 14 days or less prior to the booking commencement date, no refund or credit will be given and
all funds are forfeited.
December / January Christmas Holidays – Payments / Cancellations
A 50% payment of the entire quoted tariff is to be paid as a deposit at the time of booking by credit card or bank transfer.
Full payment is required by the 25th of October.
After this date there is no refund or amendment to bookings.
Unit Allocation
In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, unit allocation may need to be altered to a unit of equal value. Please note that Managers cannot be held responsible should this situation occur.
Maximum numbers of people per apartment apply; Management reserves the right to evict guests if numbers are exceeded.
WE HAVE A STRICTLY ENFORCED “NO PARTY” POLICY. All visitors must vacate the property by 10pm.
Noise Levels
Excessive noise levels will not be tolerated. Management reserves the right to eject unruly or uncooperative guests. One warning will be given and thereafter NSW police and/or security will be called to evict.
No refund will be given for the booking.
Definition of Noise: A disruption to other guests from music, TV or voices audible from outside your Apartment after 10pm.
Early Departure
No refunds will be given in the instance of unforeseen early departure.
Lost Keys & Remotes
Keys that are not returned within 5 working days will be charged to your credit card at $100.00 each.
After hour call outs for entry to your apartment will incur a non negotiable $100.00 fee for misplaced or forgotten keys.
Pets: Pets are not allowed in Bay Royal Apartments at ANY time, should you be found with a pet on the property you will be asked to leave immediately without refund and charged an additional cleaning fee.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the Apartments or in the common areas. Failure to adhere to this policy will incur extra costs of up to $300.00 for laundering and deodorizing of linen/apartments.
Check In/Check Out
Check In is available from 3pm Check out is strictly no later than 10am. Late departure must be requested prior to departure day, and charges do apply for overstaying. We cannot provide a late check out if the apartment is to be changed over or otherwise unavailable.
Age 21 and Under
No booking or tenancy can be accepted for people 21 years and under unless accompanied by a parent in the Apartment for the duration of your booking.
Bay Royal Apartments will NOT take Schoolies Booking, Hens Parties or Bucks Parties and reserves the right to refuse on check in. Management reserves the right to ask you to leave the premises without refund if you or your guests disrupt the enjoyment of other guests. Management also reserves the right to charge guest for all damages and breakages, lost keys, missing items, late departure, extra cleaning, unpaid expenses and any goods consumed. We will not be held responsible for any interpretation or misunderstanding about the premises booked our cancellation policy will apply. The aim of the Bay Royal Apartments is to make your stay with us as pleasant as possible. Management of Bay Royal Apartments will not be held responsible for changes in circumstances regarding the ownership, usage, cost or availability of the Apartments, such as tariff increases, property sale etc. We strongly advise you to take out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen cancellations. Your deposit payment confirms your acceptance of the above Booking Conditions.
