Booking Conditions Bay Royal ApartmentsDeposit and Final PaymentA 50% payment of the entire quoted tariff is to be paid as a deposit at the time of booking by credit card or bank transfer. The remainder is payable upon check in.&nbsp;A credit card number is required from guests upon check in for security purposes. A pre-authorisation may be required. We accept Mastercard, Visa and Amex (please note Amex incurs a 2% surcharge). Please note we do not accept cash or cheque payment for accommodation at anytime. Please also note, for group bookings we are unable to split the bill. All prices are subject to change.Cancellations and RefundsCancellations must be confirmed in writing (email), or the Apartment will be held on your behalf and the full quoted tariff charged.If a booking is cancelled within 14 days or more your deposit will be refunded less a $50.00 administration fee.If a booking is cancelled 14 days or less prior to the booking commencement date, no refund or credit will be given and all funds are forfeited.December / January Christmas Holidays – Payments / CancellationsA 50% payment of the entire quoted tariff is to be paid as a deposit at the time of booking by credit card or bank transfer.Full payment is required by the 25th of October.After this date there is no refund or amendment to bookings.Unit AllocationIn the event of any unforeseen circumstances, unit allocation may need to be altered to a unit of equal value. Please note that Managers cannot be held responsible should this situation occur.Maximum numbers of people per apartment apply; Management reserves the right to evict guests if numbers are exceeded.WE HAVE A STRICTLY ENFORCED “NO PARTY” POLICY. All visitors must vacate the property by 10pm.Noise LevelsExcessive noise levels will not be tolerated. Management reserves the right to eject unruly or uncooperative guests. One warning will be given and thereafter NSW police and/or security will be called to evict. No refund will be given for the booking.Definition of Noise: A disruption to other guests from music, TV or voices audible from outside your Apartment after 10pm.Early DepartureNo refunds will be given in the instance of unforeseen early departure.Lost Keys &amp; RemotesKeys that are not returned within 5 working days will be charged to your credit card at $100.00 each.After hour call outs for entry to your apartment will incur a non-negotiable $100.00 fee for misplaced or forgotten keys.Pets Pets are not allowed in Bay Royal Apartments at ANY time, should you be found with a pet on the property you will be asked to leave immediately without refund and charged an additional cleaning fee.SmokingSmoking is not permitted inside the Apartments or in the common areas. Failure to adhere to this policy will incur extra costs of up to $300.00 for laundering and deodorising of linen/apartments.Check In/Check OutCheck In is available from 2pm. Check out is strictly no later than 10am. Late departure must be requested prior to departure day, and charges do apply for overstaying. We cannot provide a late check out if the apartment is to be changed over or otherwise unavailable.Age Requirements The person making the reservation and checking into Bay Royal Apartment (“Registered Guest”) must be at least 21 years of age and provide valid photo identification upon check in. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the stay. Bay Royal Apartments reserves the right to refuse check in, cancel a booking, or require immediate departure where these age requirements are not met or where false or misleading information has been provided during the booking process. Bay Royal Apartments will NOT take any form of Schoolies Booking, Hens Parties or Bucks Parties and reserves the right to refuse on check in. Management reserves the right to ask you to leave the premises and the full booking amount will be forfeited to us if you or your guests disrupt the enjoyment of other guests. Management also reserves the right to charge guests for all damages and breakages, lost keys, missing items, late departure, extra cleaning, unpaid expenses and any goods consumed. We will not be held responsible for any interpretation or misunderstanding about the premises booked our cancellation policy will apply. RELEASES AND INDEMNITY Please be aware of the following terms: &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;i.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Any money, valuables, goods, or vehicles you bring onto the premises of Bay Royal Apartments remain your responsibility. We are not responsible for their safekeeping. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;ii.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless us, our current and former officers, employees, and agents from any expenses, costs, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, damages, judgments, and losses arising from or relating to your reservation, stay, or attendance at any event at Bay Royal Apartments, except for cases where the expense, cost, liability, claim, action, proceeding, damage, judgment, or loss is a result of our or our current or former officers’, employees’, or agents’ negligence or wrongful act or omission. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;iii.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Regardless of the length of your stay at Bay Royal Apartments, no tenancy or any other proprietary rights are created under any laws.Privacy We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Aim The aim of the Bay Royal Apartments is to make your stay with us as pleasant as possible. Management of Bay Royal Apartments will not be held responsible for changes in circumstances regarding the ownership, usage, cost or availability of the Apartments, such as tariff increases, property sale etc. We strongly advise you to take out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen cancellations. Your deposit payment confirms your acceptance of the above Booking Conditions.
